Leather motorcycle chaps normally come in standard "small",
"medium", "large" or "extra large" sizes and are considered to be
adjustable for all sizes because they have either elastic or ties at the
center back and a belt type closing in the front.

Unfortunately, this will generally leave the chaps wearer
uncomfortable in one area or another because chaps need to be sized by the
wearer's thigh measurement.

So, if you're lucky enough to get a pair that fits in the
thigh area, odds are good that they won't fit properly in the waist and
they'll be either too long or too short.
